1. Who we are

PCDOC is a mobile computer, laptop, TV, WiFi and smart-home installation service and accessories shop serving the Bronx and greater New York City. You can reach us any time at (321) 800-8901.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to serve you:

• Contact details — your name, mobile number, email and service address.
• Job details — the device, make/model, serial (if you give it), the problem you describe, photos you choose to attach, and appointment times.
• Account details — if you create an account, we store your phone number and a login session so you can view your repairs, cart, orders and messages.
• Store activity — items in your cart and your order history.
• Messages — the messages you send us and our replies.

We do not collect or store your card number. Payments are processed by Square; your card details go directly to Square and never touch our servers.

3. How we use it

• To schedule, perform and follow up on your service.
• To send you appointment confirmations, status updates, invoices and receipts.
• To let you sign in, track a repair and pay.
• To answer your questions and provide support.
• To run and improve our business (for example, understanding which services are most in demand).

4. Text messages (SMS)

Marketing texts (offers, reminders) are only sent if you separately opt in by ticking the consent box. You can stop marketing texts at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential service texts about a job you have booked.

5. One-time login codes

To sign in you receive a one-time code by text. We store only a secure, hashed form of that code for a few minutes, never the code in plain text, and never a password you have to remember.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary with the service providers that make PCDOC work:

• Square — to process payments.
• Twilio — to send text messages.
• Cloudflare — to host the app and store your data securely.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

7. Cookies & storage

We use a secure, essential session cookie to keep you signed in, and your device's local storage to remember your cart. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

8. How long we keep it

We keep job, order and account records for as long as needed to serve you, meet tax and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can ask us to delete your account information at any time (see below).

9. Security

Your data is stored on secured infrastructure. Login codes are hashed, admin access is protected by a password plus two-factor verification, and sessions time out after inactivity. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

10. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, call or text (321) 800-8901. We will respond within a reasonable time.

11. Children

PCDOC is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as our services change. The “last updated” date above shows the current version. Significant changes will be posted here.
